The project offeres a conceptual design for the new business zone in Novska with area of 110 hectares and the possibility of expansion to 166 hectares. Additional value is added to the site for its good geographical and regional position and connectivity; the site is located between Zagreb-Lipovac highway and Zagreb-Belgrade railroad with a direct connection to it. The road fris that is layed out  creates building plots of different sizes,  enabling flexibility to suit individual requirements and the needs of the investors. The zone is equipped with electricity, water and gas.
