The goal of the project is to explore possibilities of  the zone for social use, as it is defined in the Masterplan of the City of Zagreb. The zone is located in the northeast part of the city and is surrounded by family housing. The concept defines the location of the building lot for primary school, diplomatic residences, or other social use according to the needs of the part of the city that gravitates towards this zone.
