The proposed development serves as a new multipurpose center in Lovran, planned to complement the existing range of services for both tourists and residents. The Centre consists of several parts: hotel, apartment hotel,  health tourism facility and indoor water park. All of the parts are connected to each other by underground garages and service area. As the site is situated on an inclined terrain the  buildings are planned and positioned to have an unobstructed view of the sea.
